Minnesota State Patrol

Members of the Minnesota State Patrol provide assistance, education, and enforcement to state citizens. Troopers also educate Minnesotans on the importance of traffic safety and regulations, investigate and reconstruct major crashes, and conduct search and rescue missions from the skies.

At the Twin Cities Auto Show, you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more regarding the Minnesota State Patrol's mission to keep Minnesota's roadways safe! Explore the vehicles used by the Minnesota State Patrol including the Ford Interceptor and Dodge Charger!

The Minnesota State Patrol will be at the Twin Cities Auto Show for the entirety of the show. Special programs will be held and are scheduled at the times listed below.


Special Programs

  1. Career Opportunities (March 14, 2018 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm): Learn more about becoming a Minnesota State Trooper and ask a recruiter questions about career opportunities!
  2. Distracted Driving (March 15, 2018 from 11:00am to 1:00pm): Texting while driving is like driving the length of a football field without looking up! You'll have the opportunity to experience what it’s like to drive distracted with AAA’s distracted driving simulator.
  3. Minnesota State Patrol Flight Section (March 18, 2018 from 11:00am to 2:00pm): Meet one of the Minnesota State Patrol Pilots who helps keep Minnesotans safe from the air! You'll have the opportunity to meet and converse with a Minnesota State Patrol Pilot!
